Nothing leaves your system
Your scans, invoices, mail, and conversations stay on your hardware. No silent uploads. No third-party processing. No data broker in the middle.
Launching soon · The private business suite
Your infrastructure. Your data. Your IP.
VISION, Mail, Billbook, Hub, and SHARK. Each a specialist. Each built to run on your infrastructure. Together, a private operating system for the business — where privacy is not a feature, it is the architecture.
No third-party cloud. No data harvesting. No silent uploads. Your scans, your books, your mail, your conversations — they stay where you put them.
01 The uniqueness of this suite
Every other suite asks you to trust their cloud. This one asks you to trust your own infrastructure.
Your scans, invoices, mail, and conversations stay on your hardware. No silent uploads. No third-party processing. No data broker in the middle.
Business documents, client lists, pricing, and internal knowledge never touch a vendor cloud. Your intellectual property is not training data for someone else’s model.
On-premise, air-gapped, or your private cloud. You decide where the data lives. You decide who can reach it. You hold the keys.
The suite is private by default. Every app is designed to run on your machines, under your control. No shared tables. No cross-tenant leakage. No vendor lock-in.
02 The release lineup
No feature bloat. No shared tables. Five owners, each sovereign in its domain, and all of them private.
01 · VISION
VISION’s strength is a digital memory for your entire drive, kept entirely on your system. It takes any PDF or photo — prescriptions, marksheets, GST returns, deeds, passports, invoices — and turns it into a typed, indexed record. Search across the whole archive instantly. Nothing is uploaded. Nothing is shared.
02 · Billbook
Billbook’s strength is issuing every document a business needs — invoice, quotation, proforma, purchase order, delivery challan, bill of supply, credit note, debit note, sales return, purchase return. Ten kinds, one engine. Issue the document and the number freezes. Run it as a service or air-gapped: the books stay on your machines.
03 · Mail
Mail’s strength is a gated outbox for your business, running on your terms. Bring your own mailboxes — it is a service for your business, not a walled garden. Messages from email and Telegram land in one inbox, classified into enquiries, finance, logistics, vendors, supplies, and clients. Compose, review, approve, a short undo, then SMTP. Nothing leaves until you say so.
04 · Hub
Hub’s strength is a central nervous system that never becomes a single point of failure — and never becomes a data store. It holds identities, links, and events, enabling every cross-talk possibility between VISION, Billbook, and Mail. SHARK connects to all apps through Hub, without direct integration. And every app works independently even without Hub.
05 · SHARK · The release flagship
SHARK’s strength is a deterministic-first architecture that connects to every app and gets your work done — privately. Rules, math, and tasks answer first; a model is called only when needed. From one chat, raise a quotation, invoice, proforma, delivery challan, or purchase order in Billbook. Confirm on a card. Then it writes. Risky actions wait for approval. Refusals never run. Your data stays where it belongs.
03 The release, in motion
Two complete, auditable loops that move a business forward without a manual copy-paste — and without a byte leaving your infrastructure.
04 The rule of this release
Each app keeps the records it is best at. They call each other over HTTP. The index in SHARK is a handle and a short note, so the books, the inbox, and the scans stay where they were written. No app reaches into another’s database. No table is shared. No data is sent to an external cloud.
| VISION | The scan and the extracted fields |
|---|---|
| Billbook | Documents, parties, items, ledger, stock |
| Messages, folders, and send state | |
| Hub | Identities, links, and events |
| SHARK | Chat, tasks, approvals, and the audit |
05 Upcoming release
Five private apps. One system. Built to be the best at a single job — and wired to work as one. Your infrastructure. Your data. Your IP. Nothing leaves your system.
