How do I place an order or request a quote?
Browse our domains (sensors, heaters, PCB, battery safety), share requirements via the contact form, or email us. For catalogue parts you can also check out as a guest. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallet payments where checkout is enabled.
Are all products genuine and authentic?
Yes. We source components from trusted authorised distributors. Products are backed by quality processes aligned with our ISO certifications.
Can I request components not listed on the website?
Yes. Email the part number and quantity to contact@circuitsprint.in or use a quote form. We typically reply within 24–48 hours.
Pricing & payments
How is pricing determined?
Prices may include base component cost, applicable import duties (e.g. BCD), Social Welfare Surcharge, 18% GST, and margin. Rates track international markets.
Can I get a proforma invoice before payment?
Yes. Request a proforma via email or checkout options where available. Proformas are typically generated within 4–6 business hours.
Shipping & delivery
Standard import timelines for overseas-sourced parts are typically 10–18 days (international import → customs → hub QC → final mile). Domestic timelines are shorter — see our Shipping Policy.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 7 days for transit damage or DOA items. Returns are generally not accepted for soldered components or incorrect ordering by the buyer. Email contact@circuitsprint.in with order ID and photos.
