New Technology

Battery Protector

Detect battery venting
before it becomes a fire.

Know before it burns.

Battery Protector is a multi-signal early-warning module for lithium battery systems. It watches the chemical and thermal signatures that appear during the warning window before thermal escalation — and combines them into a single, corroborated alert.

01

Multi-signal sensing

Chemical, hydrogen and thermal channels evaluated together rather than in isolation.

02

Corroborated decision

No single sensor has to tell the whole story. Multiple signals must agree before escalation.

03

BMS compatible

Additive by design. Keep your existing protection layer — Battery Protector adds early warning on top.

04

Early warning

Designed to act during the warning window — before temperature becomes the dominant signal.

Additive layer

Keep your BMS. Keep your NTC. Add another layer.

Battery Protector is designed to sit alongside your existing protection — not replace it. It adds chemical and hydrogen context to a decision that today is often made on temperature alone.

02 The CircuitSprint Advantage

Precision Engineering. Not Just Assembly.

We treat every component as a critical system. Electrical intent, mechanical fit, thermal behaviour, and production repeatability are reviewed together before anything is built.

Failure-Mode Driven Design

Every product starts with the question that matters — what failure are we preventing, and what signal arrives first? The engineering answers that, not the datasheet.

Repeatable Precision

Resistance targets, tolerance bands, and thermal behaviour are confirmed at file review. What you approve as a sample is exactly what you receive in production, batch after batch.

Proactive Design Review

We read your Gerber, drawing, and specifications together. If the electrical and mechanical intent conflict, we flag it before production — not after.

03 Development Lifecycle

From Concept to Production.

A transparent, four-step engineering workflow ensuring you know exactly what is happening at every stage of the program.

01

Design File Review

Comprehensive evaluation of drawings, Gerber files, resistance targets, and terminal methods for manufacturability and consistency.

02

Engineering & Quotation

Clear pricing with achievable tolerances, lead times, and testing scope. Typically returned within 24–48 hours.

03

Prototyping & Sampling

Rapid prototype built on the approved stack-up for real-world electrical and thermal validation before committing to production.

04

Production & Testing

Pilot or repeat batch production with electrical and insulation testing documented per lot before shipment.

04 Industries

05 FAQ

Engineering Questions, Answered.

What does CircuitSprint actually manufacture?
We design and manufacture critical sensing and heating hardware across four domains: advanced battery safety modules, precision temperature sensors (NTC, PTC, RTD), flexible polyimide and silicone heaters, and complex PCB fabrication and assembly.
Do you support prototype quantities, or only production?
Both. Most programmes start with a prototype or sample build so you can validate electrical and thermal behaviour on a real part. Once the sample is approved, we scale to pilot or repeat production batches using the same controlled files.
What files do you need for a quotation?
Gerber or ODB++ files, a mechanical drawing, stack-up or material requirements, resistance target and tolerance, voltage and power requirements, working temperature range, terminal or lead-wire method, insulation and testing requirements, and your expected quantity.
Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. Flexible heaters, sensors and safety modules are all built to your mechanical drawing. Custom probe lengths, wire types, terminal styles and connector options are all supported — reviewed case by case at file stage.
How long does a typical programme take?
Quotations usually return within 24–48 hours of receiving complete files. Prototype lead time depends on structure and quantity. Production timing is confirmed at order.
Do you test parts before shipping?
Yes. Electrical resistance, insulation resistance and continuity checks are standard. Additional thermal or environmental testing can be included for programmes that require it — specify the test plan at file review.
How do I start a project?
