Returns & Warranty Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. However, please note the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Custom-ordered or configured items are not eligible for return
• Software products and licenses cannot be returned once activated

Return Process

To initiate a return, email contact@circuitsprint.in with your order ID and reason. Our team will guide you through labelling, packaging and drop-off.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

• Provide clear photos of the damage or defect
• Keep all original packaging for inspection
• Do not attempt to repair or modify damaged items
• Report shipping damage to the courier upon delivery
