Refund Eligibility

We offer full refunds under the following conditions:

• Items received are damaged or defective upon delivery
• Incorrect item shipped (part number mismatch)
• Item failed quality checks at our facility
• Order was not dispatched within the promised timeframe
• Items returned within 7 days of delivery for eligible reasons

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Items with opened or broken ESD-safe packaging
• Components that have been soldered, modified, or used
• Items purchased as 'Final Sale' or 'No Return' products
• Orders cancelled after dispatch from our facility
• Change of mind returns after 7 days from delivery
• Items with tampered or removed serial numbers

Refund Processing Timeline

Our refund process follows these steps and timelines:

• 1. Submit refund request with order ID and reason (within 7 days of delivery)
• 2. Our team reviews your request within 2-3 business days
• 3. If approved, arrange return shipment and provide tracking details
• 4. Upon receipt, we inspect the item (2-3 business days)
• 5. Once inspection passes, refund is processed to original payment method
• 6. Total processing time: 5-7 working days from approval
